The last bit of this section is now flagged through to the quarry making the most of the terrain with some interesting alignments which will continue the high standard of design we have set for this trail. The goals for this working be are to clean up a bit of fallen storm debris and get cracking on finishing the second big berm and start building across to where we will be building a rock crossing behind the quarry.
In other good news, Logan City Council have confirmed that they will be supplying a shipping container to be located at the quarry to store tools and equipment which should make set up time a little easier.
TIME: 6:30am at the top car park to drop off tools (if required) and 7am at the trail head to start work (Please remember, if you can't make the start time you are more than welcome to come along when you can). We anticipate 3 to 4 hours work.
MEET: At the top car park at 6.30am if dropping off tools or at the intersection of Ripley's and Gillian's trails (Map: http://tinyurl.com/abbq8n2)
WHAT TO BRING: LCTA do have a supply of shovels, mattocks and rakehoes but if you do have one please bring it along. Wheelbarrows will be needed as well as the usual gloves, hat, sunscreen, water and a great attitude.

The next working bee will be Saturday 23rd March so if you can't make this one, lock it in for next month.
We hope to see as many riders there as possible on Saturday, so please come along to say hi and lend a hand.
